1. Who we are
This website is operated by VIP Networking ("VIP Networking", "we", "us"). By accessing or using this site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
The site is intended for business professionals aged 18 or older. Membership areas are restricted to people who have been invited, applied, and been approved through our vetting process. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@vipnetworking.net if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or disable an account that is inactive, that violates these Terms, or whose membership has ended.
4. Member content
You keep ownership of the content you submit — your profile details, photo, business information, referrals, and posts. By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it within the platform for the purpose of operating the network. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Export, scrape, or resell the member directory or any member's contact details;
- Use member information for unsolicited bulk marketing;
- Post content that is unlawful, misleading, harassing, or infringing;
- Misrepresent your identity, business, licensing, or insurance status;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or to other members' accounts.
6. Referrals and member dealings
VIP Networking is an introduction network. Any work, contract, or payment arising from a referral is strictly between the members and clients involved. We do not vouch for, guarantee, supervise, or warrant any member's work, pricing, licensing, or insurance, and we are not a party to those dealings. Vetting is a membership screen, not an endorsement or a certification. Do your own due diligence.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its design, and the VIP Networking name and marks are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
8. Third-party links
Member profiles and pages may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any dealings between members. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site, your content, or your dealings with other members or their clients.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time if these Terms are breached or if membership ends.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in the State of Colorado.
