The Model

A table, not a network.

Most networking is a room full of strangers trading cards. VIP is the opposite: a small, closed table of professionals who show up every week, know each other, and put real business in each other's hands.

The Five Commitments

What every member signs up for

01

Show up

Attend every week. The table only works when the seats are filled. Send a qualified substitute when life gets in the way — never an empty chair.

02

Give first

Come to give business, not to get it. Bring qualified referrals and real introductions for the people around the table before you count your own.

03

Know each other

Meet one-on-one, consistently. Trust is built off the clock. You can only refer someone you actually understand.

04

Guard the seat

One professional per trade. Your seat is a promise of exclusivity — protect the group's trust by holding the standard for who joins it.

05

Close the loop

Report the business that closes. Thank the member who sent it. What gets measured gets multiplied — for you and for the whole table.

06

Honor the referral

Treat a member's referral as their reputation on loan. Care for their client the way you'd want yours cared for — and always deliver.
